Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending role.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products and services; industry/market awareness.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners at all levels.
• Balance client needs with risk and determine escalation or ownership of issues as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized banking solutions to Chase business clients to meet financial needs and circumstances.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose solutions that benefit the client and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their places of business; follow a disciplined relationship development process and adjust strategies with manager guidance.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists who meet financial goals.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk management and regulatory requirements.
