Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the Indianapolis Market to grow client relationships, deliver cash flow solutions, and drive revenue within Business Banking. This role partners with internal teams to onboard clients and expand the portfolio while aligning with PNC's risk framework.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities to grow sales and revenue.
• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Manage risk and drive credit quality for clients.
• Advise clients to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal/external networks to acquire new clients and cross-sell."
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk using credit policies.
