Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the Indianapolis Market. This role focuses on cash flow solutions for businesses with $2M–$10M in annual sales, acting as a trusted advisor to drive sales and client success.

Based in the Indianapolis market, you will cultivate COI relationships, onboard clients with internal partners, and present the full range of PNC products to meet client needs while managing risk and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• Demonstrates ability to manage client relationships and drive sales within risk guidelines.
• Experience with credit concepts and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new/existing clients to grow sales and market share.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships and manage credit/non-credit products.
• Monitor risk and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
• Provide insights to clients to build engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal/external networks to acquire new clients and expand portfolios.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk per policies.
