You will partner with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialists, while upholding risk controls and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Knowledge of business credit, core banking products, and risk concepts.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million.
• Provide customized business banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored financial advice and solutions.
• Build relationships with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to nurture relationships.
• Ensure risk management compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
