Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs and risk considerations
• Promote solutions that drive profitability while maintaining risk controls
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process
• Identify and pursue new business clients and long-term primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch teams to meet client goals
• Support branches and follow sound risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
