Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products and services
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners
• Balance client needs with firm risk and regulatory requirements
• Ability to balance priorities to achieve business objectives and own problems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposits and cash management and manage credit opportunities up to ~$500,000
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients to meet financial needs
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend profitable solutions
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists
• Support branches and follow risk management and regulatory requirements
