As a Business Associate in our Vienna office, you spend your day working directly with clients to review their options, answer their questions and guide them toward decisions that fit their needs. You keep things organized, follow up when you say you will, and make sure no one falls through the cracks.

A typical day includes:

• Meeting with clients to walk through available plans and coverage details.
• Following up on pending applications and keeping records accurate.
• Coordinating with team members to make sure each client gets timely responses.
• Reaching out to scheduled prospects and confirming upcoming appointments.

Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential.

You do not need a specific degree or past experience in this industry. If you have worked in retail, food service, hospitality or any role where you helped people make decisions, you already practice what matters here. Strong communication, reliability and a willingness to learn will carry you forward.
