Job summary

Bradenton Family & Implant Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Bradenton, FL. You will present treatment plans, discuss options, and help patients understand their care.

You will work closely with clinicians and front desk staff, coordinate financing and insurance, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and contribute to monthly production goals. Prior dental experience and Dentrix are preferred.

Qualifications

• Dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options.
• Ability to discuss treatment costs confidently with patients.
• Team player with strong communication and organization.

Base Salary: $52,000k-$66,000k+Monthly Performance Bonus

What You'll Do

Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care.

Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements.

Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment to help increase case acceptance.

Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to create a great patient experience.

Help the office achieve monthly production goals and performance targets.

Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and customer service.

What We're Looking For

Previous dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination.

Experience with Dentrix dental practice management software preferred.

Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financing options.

Confident, personable, and comfortable discussing treatment costs with patients.

Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding expectations.

A team player who brings positivity, organization, and a strong work ethic.
