Job summary

Bradenton Family & Implant Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Bradenton, FL. You will present treatment plans, discuss options, and help patients understand their care.

You will work closely with clinicians and front desk staff, coordinate financing and insurance, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and contribute to monthly production goals. Prior dental experience and Dentrix are preferred.

Qualifications

• Dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options.
• Ability to discuss treatment costs confidently with patients.
• Team player with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and discuss care options with patients.
• Explain insurance benefits and financing options to patients.
• Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment to boost acceptance.
