You are:

A transformation expert skilled in guiding clients through digitization challenges. Your strengths include creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to enhance client business performance. You are comfortable leading projects and teams or focusing on technical or functional aspects of Oracle solutions. You possess excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.

The work:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features, acceptance criteria, and solution approaches.
• Lead and deliver projects utilizing Oracle Utilities products like Meter Data Management (MDM) and Customer to Meter (C2M).
• Understand Oracle MDM data models and core functions, including Device Maintenance, Meter Read uploads, and VEE rules.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, and manage project teams, overseeing performance and development.
• Manage tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate with various teams.
• Build trust with clients and team members to ensure project success.
• Contribute to business development and sales efforts through continuous skill growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to provide optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Assist clients in understanding and transforming their business processes using Oracle solutions.
• Travel may be required, with frequency depending on project needs.
