Competenze

• 8+ years of Techno Functional Manager experience in utility customer operations, billing, CIS or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle including billing, payments and revenue operations.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRM and downstream systems.

Job Summary

8+ years of experience as a Techno Functional Manager in Utility Customer Operations, Billing, CIS, or Utility Transformation programs. Strong understanding of the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle, including Customer Management, Metering, Usage Processing, Billing, Adjustments, Payments, Credit Collections, and Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong understanding of utility billing processes, customer operations, rate implementation, usage validation, billing calculations, and revenue assurance.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRM, payment systems, reporting, and downstream operational systems.
• Knowledge of data mapping, system interfaces, data conversions, reconciliation, and billing validation processes.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and post-production stabilization.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Lead techno-functional activities across the billing project lifecycle, from requirements discovery through implementation and production support.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, billing SMEs, product owners, technology teams, and implementation partners.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications.
• Facilitate solution design sessions and ensure alignment between business processes, system capabilities, and project objectives.
• Review and validate functional designs, technical designs, system configurations, interfaces, and business process changes.
• Support implementation of Meter-to-Cash processes, including customer onboarding, metering, billing, payments, adjustments, and revenue management.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and business validation.
• Manage dependencies across customer, billing, metering, integration, reporting, and operational workstreams.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and successful migration of customer and billing-related information.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution of critical challenges.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, hyper care, and operational stabilization activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies across customer and billing functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams comprising business, technology, testing, integration, and vendor resources.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, documentation, and executive report
