Valiant Technologies LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a senior Business Analyst with CIS and Billing experience to lead techno-functional initiatives across the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.

You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, design solutions, and support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization, collaborating with CIS, MDM, ERP, and CRM systems to ensure accurate billing and revenue operations.

• 8+ years of experience as a techno-functional manager in utility operations.
• Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle and billing operations.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRMs and payment systems.

Job Summary

8+ years of experience as a Techno Functional Manager in Utility Customer Operations, Billing, CIS, or Utility Transformation programs. Strong understanding of the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle, including Customer Management, Metering, Usage Processing, Billing, Adjustments, Payments, Credit Collections, and Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong understanding of utility billing processes, customer operations, rate implementation, usage validation, billing calculations, and revenue assurance.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRM, payment systems, reporting, and downstream operational systems.
