Job summary

CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions, LLC is seeking a GRC Business Analyst to support client implementations of GRC platforms in regulated industries. The role involves facilitating process mapping and managing project artifacts in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in Agile methodologies and works collaboratively across teams. Full-time position with full benefits. Remote work with some domestic travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum).
• Clear understanding of the SDLC.
• Expert at soliciting and developing business requirements.
• Highly organized with excellent stamina.
• Understanding of risk and compliance in a regulated industry.
• Experience with industry standard GRC tools in a superuser or developer role.
• Ability to work remotely with 10% domestic travel.
• Flexibility to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in remote scrum meetings.
• Facilitate meetings to decompose processes.
• Document business requirements and project artifacts.
• Manage user story backlog.
• Develop test plans and test cases/scripts.
• Facilitate/coordinate QC and UAT testing as required.
