Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the delivery and enhancement of an enterprise GRC platform. The hybrid role bridges business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, translating needs into functional requirements while steering Agile delivery from development through testing and release.

You will gather and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, write clear Jira stories, coordinate UAT, and help with release readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid BA/Scrum role.
• Strong experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery within enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, backlog management, and Agile workflows.
• Experience coordinating UAT planning and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as financial services, risk, compliance, audit, or security.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Develop detailed JIRA stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define data requirements, validations, user permissions, decision points, and exception scenarios.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate UAT, including test scenarios, scripts, expected results, and business feedback.
• Support release readiness, functional sign-off, training, and change communications.
