Job summary

TempWorks Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help deliver valuable software to clients while aligning to strategic objectives.

You will research, analyze, refine scope, and write detailed requirements for new products and improvements across TempWorks’ suite. Responsibilities include prioritizing high-level scope, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, and maintaining process models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar in enterprise software.
• Experience documenting user stories, use cases, and business requirements for B2B SaaS apps.
• Knowledge of SDLC within a SaaS organization.

Responsibilities

• Refine and prioritize high level business scope for strategic software projects.
• Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create features with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain process models and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, Engineering, QA.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and refine stories.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and act as a liaison to stakeholders.
• Perform knowledge transfers and product demonstrations.
• Review completed work to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of products and industry standards.
