Job summary

Talantir in Englewood, Colorado seeks a Business Analyst to support planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives across the product portfolio, with a focus on shipping and logistics, data analysis, and process improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or PMO Analyst.
• Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA or similar).
• Familiarity with shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building reports/dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO with project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and operations teams to manage shipping processes, track shipments, and produce reports on inventory and turnaround times.
• Manage JIRA ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking, ensuring timely resolution and proper routing.

• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support process standardization and governance across PMO and operational activities.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, presentations, and executive summaries as needed.
