Innosoft Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced to join the Division of Technology Services in South Carolina. The role blends BA and QA functions in an agile setting, gathering requirements, validating functionality, and coordinating testing across teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in business analysis and software testing, plus familiarity with government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or related field, or equivalent extensive relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience with business process analysis, requirements documentation, workflow development and stakeholder communication.
• 5+ years of experience with software QA/testing, including test design, execution, defect tracking, reporting and test-result documentation.
• 7+ years of experience of software analysis/testing and customized test procedure experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business process design.
• 5+ years of experience with each of the following tools: TFS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MSProject, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office and legacy systems.
• Previous experience working within State, Federal, and/or local government.

Responsabilités

Project Overview

The South Carolina Department of Social Services(SCDSS), Division of Technology Services (DTS), supports the development,implementation, enhancement and maintenance of mission-critical applications.This assignment provides advanced business analysis and quality assuranceservices to help deliver reliable information systems that meet programrequirements and established quality standards.

The Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst –Advanced performs both BA and QA functions, gathering requirements fromstakeholders, conducting requirements analysis, and completing comprehensivesoftware testing within a collaborative Agile environment. This role worksclosely with program staff, product owners, developers, and projectstakeholders to translate operational needs into clear specifications, validatesystem functionality, and document testing outcomes. Assigned systems andprograms will be defined for each engagement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

BusinessAnalysis
