The position focuses on gathering, analyzing, and refining business and technical requirements; documenting workflows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; evaluating current processes and system capabilities; and translating operational needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include developing and executing test plans, test scripts, and test cases; performing regression and integration testing; validating system functionality against documented requirements and quality standards; tracking and retesting defects; reviewing application logs, database records, and performance data to investigate issues; documenting test coverage and outcomes; and supporting release readiness, user acceptance, and post-implementation validation.
