• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements, process workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to identify current-state challenges and define future-state business processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for technical, reporting, and analytics teams.
• Support the delivery of reporting, dashboard, analytics, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage request intake, prioritization, enhancement tracking, issue resolution, and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, project teams, analysts, developers, and operational partners.
• Prepare business cases, process documentation, status reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready communications.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure successful execution.
• Support reporting cycles, including data validation, quality assurance, stakeholder review, and delivery readiness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and operational procedures.
• Assist with change management, communications, training, and adoption activities related to new processes, technologies, or reporting capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members where appropriate.
• Evaluate opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
