BroadBean is seeking a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders and technology teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will support transformation initiatives, deliver BRDs and user stories, and help drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3–7+ years in business analysis or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze processes and translate needs into solutions.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and create BRDs and functional specs.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, and business cases.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Analyze data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
