Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related role.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements.
• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.
• Ability to perform impact assessments, gap analyses, and business process evaluations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and operational teams.
• Experience leading business analysis activities across multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across diverse business groups.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business objectives and operational needs into detailed requirements, user stories, process documentation, and solution recommendations.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability, alignment, and stakeholder approval.
• Facilitate consensus among stakeholders when requirements, priorities, or business objectives conflict.
• Document and analyze current-state business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Conduct gap assessments to identify inefficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create future-state process maps, workflow designs, and business operating models that align with strategic objectives.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, service delivery, and overall business outcomes.
• Support business readiness initiatives by helping teams prepare for process, technology, and organizational changes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify challenges, evaluate opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
• Lead impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes affect people, processes, technology, and operations.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide well-supported recommendations that balance business needs, risk, and operational constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending sustainable solutions.
• Support organizational transformation efforts through process optimization, workflow redesign, and operational planning.
• Build strong relationships across business units, operational teams, technology organizations, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making meetings to drive alignment and project progress.
• Communicate project impacts, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Escalate and help resolve complex business issues while maintaining stakeholder confidence and engagement.
