Department Overview

PG&E’s Underground Program organization is working to reduce wildfire risk by undergrounding 10,000 miles of distribution lines. We collaborate across internal teams and with external stakeholders to meet our goals and enhance safety.

Position Summary

This role involves conducting research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions, strategy, and operations. The role also includes participating in process improvements, quality control, and managing performance assessments, re-engineering, change management, communication, and training initiatives.

Salary Range

PG&E provides the following estimated salary range, which may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location:

• Minimum: $128,000
• Midpoint: $173,000
• Maximum: $218,000

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex data systems impacting multiple departments and manage cross-functional projects. Provide guidance to other Business Analysts. Analyze complex data models with broad impact.
• Address unique problems with innovative solutions, present findings to senior leaders, and support strategic planning and decision-making.
