Base pay range

$117,400.00/yr - $183,500.00/yr

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Build Nuveen’s IBOR, ABOR, and GIPS performance calculation and reporting solution.
• Review and understand all performance calculation and reporting processes across Nuveen affiliates and support those processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Investment Performance and lead strategic projects, new product launches, process optimization, BAU enhancements, incident triaging, and resolution.
• Understand calculation models, inputs, benchmark data, composite construction, disclosure maintenance, and data distribution processes.
• Take ownership of data flows and processes related to investment performance calculation and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations in IT and Operations for strategic initiatives.
• Lead testing coordination across applications and stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Work Experience

• 5+ years required; 7+ years preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of buy/sell side experience at Hedge Funds or Investment Managers.
• 3+ years of experience implementing investment performance solutions for asset managers.
• 3+ years supporting IBOR systems across asset classes.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge of FactSet and Eagle Performance.
