You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and monitor performance metrics. This role also supports audits, quality assurance, and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations analysis or related roles.
