The Client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Columbus, OH team, focusing on requirements gathering, data mapping/analysis, and software testing.

Key responsibilities include documenting requirements, mapping data flows, leading test design and execution, supporting UAT, and coordinating issue resolution across both waterfall and agile projects.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and validate data accuracy.
• Create test cases, execute functional/data testing, support UAT, track defects.

The Client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, data mapping/analysis, and software testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering – 30%: Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements; work with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Data Mapping & Analysis – 30%: Perform source-to-target data mapping, analyze data, identify gaps/issues, and validate data accuracy.
• Testing Lead / Tester – 30%: Create test cases, execute functional/data testing, support UAT, track defects, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Meetings – 10%: Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement discussions, testing sessions, and project status meetings.

• Business Systems Analyst. Required 7 Years
• Test lead and test planning knowledge Required 5 Years
