Job description

• Direct the strategic design, management, and implementation of enterprise-wide business analytics programs
• Drive customer solutions, service innovation, and profitability
• Lead development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements
• Research, develop, and promote adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies
• Identify technology-based business opportunities
• Implement mechanisms ensuring information is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk, and meets senior leadership needs
• Direct, motivate, develop, and manage the performance of the management team and key staff
• Lead enterprise finance transformation through financial systems expertise, data governance, and process automation
• Serve as primary liaison between Finance, Technology, Data Management, and business stakeholders
• Design, implement, and optimize solutions improving data quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting
• Lead financial system implementations, acquisitions and integrations, data conversion activities, regulatory reporting enhancements, and large-scale automation efforts
• Identify root causes of data discrepancies, develop sustainable solutions, and ensure accurate data flows across enterprise platforms
• Foster diverse and inclusive teams, drive change and innovation, deliver results, and develop employees

Requirements

• University / college degree typically required; posting lists Bachelors
• Industry experience typically 8+ years
• At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
