TCC Solutions is seeking a Manager, Business Analyst in Indianapolis, IN to lead a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects while also performing hands-on business analysis on assigned initiatives.

The role establishes consistent practices, reviews deliverables for quality and traceability, manages staffing and workload, and coordinates with project directors, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, management, and traceability.
• Ability to lead and coach Business Analysts across multiple projects.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Business Analysts across multiple projects and provide coaching and development support.
• Establish performance expectations, evaluate staff, and address issues per company practices.
• Plan workforce, recruit, onboard, and manage capacity and workload.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analyze data/processes, and ensure traceability of deliverables.
• Maintain standards, templates, and tools for requirements management and timekeeping.
