We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and support project delivery.

Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Ability to prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis.
Experience supporting testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and reporting tools.
Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
