Job summary

Lucid Services Group seeks a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst in Indianapolis to bridge business needs and technical teams on contract. This onsite role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to translate objectives into clear specifications, support SDLC activities, and assist with UAT, testing, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as IT/Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Familiar with SDLC and various delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements.
• Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Create BRDs and FRDs and process flows.
• Support system implementations, integrations, and testing including UAT.
• Communicate project updates and manage risks and issues.
