Qualifications

• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with system/application design and end user support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Create functional design specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, QA and stakeholders in Agile processes.
• Maintain and document business processes and traceability.
• Support testing and user acceptance for new/modified features.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in candidate interviews.
