What You'll Do

• Partner with credit union clients to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve client-reported issues using internal tools and cross-functional resources.

• Coordinate implementation activities and support successful production deployments.
• Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and communication.
• Prioritize workload effectively and proactively communicate risks, timelines, and progress.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and project records to support planning and resource management.
• Continuously build expertise in our platform, processes, and industry.
