Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services or healthcare) preferred
Duties/Responsibilities
- Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in project planning, prioritization, and sprint planning activities. Support QA and UAT efforts by validating requirements and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Goal-oriented mindset with clear, measurable objectives aligned with the Bank’s KPI. Be a leader and owner of the deliverables and outcomes. Data-informed decision-making minded.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Leverage data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process flows, system specifications, and training materials.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and technical concepts
- Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
