The Business Analyst I plays an integral role throughout the full system development lifecycle,serving as a key liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders.This position is responsible for understanding business objectives, analyzing requirements, and developing clear, concise documentation that supports the delivery of effective software solutions.
A successful Business Analyst I demonstrates strong project coordination and management skills, drives initiatives to successful completion,and delivers high-quality project artifacts that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.This role serves as an advocate for successful project execution, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives while supporting both business and technology goals.
