You'll work with different teams to gather requirements, review processes and data, identify challenges, and help develop solutions that make our work more efficient and effective. You'll also help document processes, track key findings, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, asking the right questions, and finding ways to make things work better. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to stay organized are important for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Gather, review, and analyze business requirements, processes, and data.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document business requirements, workflows, processes, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
  • Analyze data and information to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business decisions.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with different teams to help develop and implement practical solutions.
  • Support process improvements and help evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
  • Create reports, summaries, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Track projects, requirements, action items, and follow-ups to help keep work moving forward.
  • Ask questions and investigate issues to understand the root cause of business problems.
  • Help ensure that solutions and process changes meet the original business requirements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Handle company and confidential information responsibly and professionally.
  • Assist with other analytical, project, and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, process documentation, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex information and explain it in a clear, straightforward way.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively through email, messaging platforms, and video meetings.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
About You

You're naturally curious and enjoy figuring out how things work. When you see a problem, you don't just look at the surface - you ask questions, dig into the details, and look for the root cause.

You're comfortable working with data and information, but you also understand that good business analysis is about more than numbers. You know how to listen to people, understand their needs, connect the dots, and turn what you learn into practical recommendations.

You're organized, dependable, and comfortable managing your responsibilities independently. You communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and enjoy finding ways to make processes simpler, more efficient, and more effective.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you join our team.
