Your Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning and Strategy:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize common cloud services based on organizational needs and strategic objectives.
   • Develop product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release schedules for common services.
   • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing cloud offerings.
2. Product Delivery, Implementation, and Testing:
   • Lead implementation and deployment of cloud services, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
   • Plan and execute testing phases to validate functionality, performance, and security.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for high-quality, timely delivery.
   • Manage product releases and updates with minimal disruption.
3. Product Management and Optimization:
   • Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
   • Implement strategies to enhance reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
   • Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
   • Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners.
   • Prepare and present reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• For Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• For Manager: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with experience in cloud projects and project management being advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product delivery, management, or business consulting support.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Understanding of client needs and interest in software delivery.
• Knowledge of test automation is a plus.
