Looking for an experienced Banking Professional to fill a role as a Business Analyst on a Core Banking Application for a Major Australian Bank.This will be a non coding role, focussing on business needs, requirements, functional solutions, testing and quality.

Responsibilities

• - Client Technical Leadership- Elicit business requirements and document- Design functional changes and business rules- Work with Requestors to understand business needs and to develop Solutions- Review Test Plans and Test Scripts- Work closely with the project team, showing understanding of their competing priorities

SKILLS

Must have

• - 5 to 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in a Banking Finance Domain- Demonstrated record of successful delivery of projects- Business Analysis skills- Ability to work on multiple project assignments simultaneously- Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry- Strong Leadership and verbal and written communication skills- Disciplined and organized approach- Eagerness to learn, good initiative and flexibility- Eagerness to teach and to share their skills with team members- Experience converting Agile 'User Stories' into a business requirements document for technical teams to work from.
