About The Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Smartsheet Solutions to drive the design, development, and support of innovative Smartsheet solutions that support our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, delivering tactical and strategic reporting tools, solving operational challenges, and ensuring that our Smartsheet environment is scalable, secure, and compliant with privacy standards. This fully remote position offers a fantastic opportunity to improve processes, implement data-driven solutions, and make a meaningful impact within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform end-user requirements into functional operational applications
• Research and deliver results to meet business needs by collaborating with both internal and external teams
• Analyze and report data to support program activities and management decisions
• Ensure program implementation and project activity are tracked, audited, and compliant with contract standards
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new Smartsheet solutions as needed
• Maintain and enhance existing Smartsheet solutions for optimal performance
• Manage solution backlog, prioritize items, and align with business objectives
• Provide oversight for system changes, enhancements, and testing
• Develop strategic reporting solutions to meet both current and future business needs
• Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
• Manage Smartsheet workspaces access controls and permissions
• Prepare and deliver demos and training to internal teams and executives
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for Smartsheet solutions, design, and configurations
• Resolve Smartsheet solution issues and escalate as necessary
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of experience using Smartsheet, including advanced features like Data Shuttle, DataMesh, Dynamic View, Calendar, and WorkApps
• Proficient in Smartsheet for solution development and reporting
• Smartsheet Product Certification (or willingness to obtain within six months)
• Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements

Compensation

Minimum Salary: $62,000

Maximum Salary: $75,000

Salary is based on various factors such as location, experience, and internal alignment, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
