Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in Veeva RIM and regulatory publishing processes. The ideal candidate will bring solid business analysis expertise, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and test scenario development, to support the successful implementation and optimization of regulatory information management solutions.

This is a hands-on, independent role where the Business Analyst will serve as the sole BA on the project, requiring a proactive and self-starting professional who can effectively engage with stakeholders and drive deliverables from start to finish.

Contract that goes through 12/19/25 chance to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories
• Collaborate with DTE (Data, Technology and Engineering) teams and business SMEs to define and validate test scenarios and test scripts
• Conduct test script reviews and facilitate dry runs to ensure solution readiness
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions
• Provide expertise and insights into regulatory publishing business processes and systems
• Work independently to manage priorities, deadlines, and project expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of Veeva RIM systems and regulatory publishing processes
• Experience defining and reviewing test scripts, and coordinating testing activities
• Ability to gather and document business requirements with clarity and precision
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Veeva Vault Submissions Publishing
• Familiarity with global regulatory compliance requirements and documentation standards

Pay Range

$80-$90/HR
