Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Senior Business Analyst - UKG Implementation

Location: Remote from the USA (Must reside in CST or EST; 10% Travel to Canada and a valid passport are required)

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Planned extension to 18 months)

About the Role:

Our food industry client seeks a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in UKG (UltiPro, Dimensions, WFC) to support the rollout of UKG across our North American locations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in HRIS implementations, data validation, and end-user support.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive UKG implementation activities including requirement gathering, test script development, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to validate pay codes, accrual rules, and data extracts for legacy system migration
• Execute system and data validation testing; identify discrepancies and support issue resolution
• Manage Excel-based reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data audit and comparison tasks
• Support UKG release updates, configuration enhancements, and user-facing troubleshooting
• Travel to Canadian sites (Toronto & Vancouver) for hands-on support during testing and go-live phases

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with 2+ full-cycle UKG implementations
• Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Payroll, and Accruals
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); SQL knowledge a plus
• Experience creating and executing test scripts, coordinating UAT, and supporting HRIS go-lives
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users
• Ability to travel to Canada; valid passport required
