Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to support a healthcare facility. The role is remote in the United States on a local contract lasting about 61 weeks, with a pay range of $60.00 to $63.00 per hour.

Schedule is 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and duties include gathering requirements, mapping processes, and supporting ERP migrations. Strong experience in ERP, particularly Oracle PeopleSoft, and solid data analysis, testing, and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, ERP systems or process improvement.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft ERP or similar enterprise ERP.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis.
• Knowledge of billing, revenue management, cash application, AR or O2C.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT and implementation support.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and analyze current processes.
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Analyze, map and validate large datasets for PeopleSoft migrations.
• Support O2C migrations including billing, revenue, cash apps and AR.
• Develop test plans, conduct functional testing and UAT, fix issues.
• Lead from requirements to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on process changes and deliverables.
• Document current and future state processes and support change mgmt.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive process improvement.

*Pay offered is based on experience,expertise, credentialing, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and analyze existing business processes.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend effective solutions.
• Analyze, transform, map, and validate large datasets for migration into PeopleSoft ERP.
• Support O2C process migrations, including billing, revenue management, cash application, and accounts receivable.
• Develop test plans, perform functional testing and UAT, and resolve system and data issues.
• Lead activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on process changes and project deliverables.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, develop training materials, and support change management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP systems, or process improvement.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft ERP or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of billing, revenue management, cash application, accounts receivable, or O2C processes.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and implementation support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale ERP migrations and financial process transformation.
• Healthcare or financial operations experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
