Job summary
Zuven Technologies Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to serve as the main liaison among a large departmental user base, internal technical teams, and external vendors for the CIMS platform.
You will analyze workflows, capture requirements, and ensure a smooth phased rollout of the OBIS modernization program. You will drive post-deployment stabilization by gathering field data, performing gap analyses, and guiding Tier 1/2 troubleshooting to clearly define defects and priority fixes in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or four years of equivalent experience.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business processes and functional requirements.
- Ability to map current-state operational workflows and evaluate readiness for phased rollout.
- Strong diagnostic skills to perform Tier 1 and 2 support and isolate defects.
- Experience collaborating with vendors to triage defects and prioritize fixes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal communication link for the project team and external partners.
- Analyze operational workflows and manage requirements throughout phased rollout.
- Translate user friction into actionable technical requirements for developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align CIMS solutions with department strategy.
- Support post-deployment stabilization through gap analysis and production issue review.
- Lead or assist with multiple concurrent projects as needed.
