- Ability to map current-state workflows and evaluate application readiness for phased rollouts.
- Strong diagnostic skills to perform Tier 1 and 2 support, isolating defects from training issues.
- Gather field data to identify operational gaps and frictions in live systems.
- Act as liaison between large user bases, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Translate user friction and observations into actionable technical requirements.
