You will define agentic requirements, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and evaluate agents while driving productivity improvements. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and MS 365 technologies is essential, along with knowledge of AI concepts and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Graph API.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic Workflows, and AI Guardrails.
• Experience in analytics, KPI measurement, ROI tracking, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

About the Role

Position OverviewIn this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy, enterprise workflows, and hands-on AI agent development.You will be responsible for defining agentic requirements, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, designing and conducting agent evaluation sessions, and building low-code/no-code AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio. A key objective of this role is to measure current versus future-state efficiency and drive a targeted 20% improvement in productivity and operational cost savings.Key Responsibilities:
