Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for Azure-based enterprise software. You will facilitate workshops, map processes, and refine backlogs with Product Owners.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years BA experience in software product development, strong requirements elicitation, Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and AI concepts. Remote-friendly, enterprise SaaS focus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in software product development.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and backlog refinement.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, REST APIs and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs and prompt engineering.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
• Experience with Azure-hosted applications or enterprise SaaS
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting platforms
