Job summary

Tier4 Group's client in Smyrna, GA is seeking an AI Analyst to bridge business needs with AI-enabled solutions in a hybrid environment. The role combines AI solution development, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable value.

You will identify opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations, and collaborate with developers and leadership to foster adoption while maintaining governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on AI solution development in a corporate setting.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions adopted by business users.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

About the Role

Our industrial client is building a new Emerging Technologies team focused on helping the business adopt AI, automation, and productivity solutions that deliver measurable results. We are looking for an AI Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI-enabled solutions. This is a hybrid role that combines AI solution development, business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to deliver practical business value.

The ideal candidate has experience building and deploying AI solutions in a corporate environment and can demonstrate how they identified a business problem, designed a solution, drove user adoption, and delivered measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders as they are building AI agents, automations, copilots, and other AI-powered solutions. You'll work across the organization to identify opportunities, deliver high-impact solutions, and help shape the future use of AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in a professional environment
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions that were approved, implemented, and adopted by business users
• Strong business analysis, process improvement, and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions, workflow automations, or similar AI-enabled products
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate solution delivery and development
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
• Experience working within Agile teams and software delivery processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
