Partner Company seeks a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and operate conversational agents and agentic workflows using Python, Azure, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. You will work with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake and SharePoint, building scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with strong emphasis on observability and AI-assisted development practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering/cloud engineering/automation experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on Python development (backend services, APIs, data integrations).
• 2+ years designing/deploying with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents/Power Automate.
• Proven experience developing agentic workflows or AI pipelines and integrating LLMs into business processes.

Join a senior engineering team building intelligent AI solutions and enterprise automation systems for global organizations. In this role, you will design, develop, and operate conversational agents, custom copilots, and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business value. You will combine advanced Python development and large language models with the Microsoft technology ecosystem and Azure cloud infrastructure. Working with enterprise data platforms, you will ensure seamless integrations, reliable deployments, and robust monitoring across mission-critical environments. You will also champion AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality. This remote opportunity offers significant technical ownership, collaboration with international teams, and the chance to shape the next generation of enterprise AI solutions.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and custom Python architectures.

• Build and integrate AI agents and automated workflows with enterprise data platforms, particularly Snowflake and SharePoint.

• Architect, deploy, and operate scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using YAML and GitOps practices to support reliable deployments and ongoing delivery.

• Establish monitoring, logging, auditing, and observability strategies using Splunk to track agent performance, latency, operational bottlenecks, and system reliability.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to improve coding efficiency, code quality, and engineering standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, provide technical guidance, participate in client discussions, and recommend emerging AI technologies.

• Promote reusable components, consistent engineering practices, and scalable automation architectures across projects.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or automation, with demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

• At least 4 years of hands-on Python development experience, including backend services, APIs, and data integrations.

• At least 2 years of experience designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.

• Proven experience developing agentic workflows or AI pipelines and integrating large language models (LLMs) into business processes.

• Strong cloud engineering expertise, particularly with Microsoft Azure; experience with AWS is an advantage.

• Practical experience integrating applications or AI agents with Snowflake.

• Experience building high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems, including Splunk, multi-region data ingestion, and automated reporting.

• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or ChatGPT to enhance engineering workflows.

• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

• Nice to have: Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and YAML.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.

• Nice to have: Experience integrating with SharePoint and building reusable modules and reproducible infrastructure standards.
