HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Agile Requirements & Process Modeling to connect business stakeholders with delivery teams, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive project success. The role combines business analysis, user story management, and process modeling with senior stakeholder engagement.

You will support public-facing IT initiatives, help navigate policies, and contribute to ongoing team operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business process review, elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
• 5+ years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile projects.
• 2+ years working with senior management to facilitate strategy, roadmaps, and consensus.
• 2+ years delivering IT solutions for public use.

Job Title : Senior Business Analyst -Agile Requirements & Process Modeling

Position Overview

Support public-facing IT initiatives by connecting business stakeholders with technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, and facilitating strategic discussions that drive successful project outcomes. This role combines business process analysis, Agile user story management, process modeling, and senior-level stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will provide customer-focused support for projects and work requests, help stakeholders navigate applicable policies and practices, and contribute to ongoing enhancements and business analysis team operations. Strong relationship-building, independent problem-solving, and adaptability are essential.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and elicit business needs to develop strategies, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Conduct business process reviews, requirements elicitation, requirements documentation, and process modeling.
• Develop and/or manage user stories for Agile development projects.
• Work directly with senior management to facilitate strategic discussions, gain consensus, and help resolve opposing stakeholder positions.
• Support ongoing enhancements, projects, and related work requests.
• Contribute to operational activities and other work requests supported by the business analysis team.
• Provide excellent customer service and help stakeholders navigate applicable policies, practices, constraints, and enablers.
• Adapt to changing priorities, assignments, and business needs while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation, including process modeling.
• Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management to facilitate discussions to determine strategy, develop roadmaps, and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions.
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing or implementing IT solutions for public use.
• Strong customer service, communication, facilitation, organization, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, quickly come up to speed on new assignments, and adapt to changing needs and direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance with statements of work and/or other work agreements or contracts.
• Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.
