Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Agile Requirements & Process Modeling to connect business stakeholders with delivery teams, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive project success. The role combines business analysis, user story management, and process modeling with senior stakeholder engagement.

You will support public-facing IT initiatives, help navigate policies, and contribute to ongoing team operations.

Qualifications

7+ years in business process review, elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
5+ years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile projects.
2+ years working with senior management to facilitate strategy, roadmaps, and consensus.
2+ years delivering IT solutions for public use.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
Elicit business needs to develop strategies, requirements, and roadmaps.
Conduct business process reviews, requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
Develop and manage user stories for Agile development projects.
Collaborate with senior management to facilitate consensus and resolve opposing positions.
Support ongoing enhancements and related work requests.
Provide excellent customer service and help stakeholders navigate policies and constraints.
Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
