Our client is looking to bring on a Business Analyst to their team! This opportunity is remote and will support business and technical teams by identifying needs, defining requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation for systems and tools. The position works closely with operations, IT, and project teams to support system improvements, data integration, and business process changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with users and technical teams to define and document business needs.
• Support system changes related to operations and data workflows.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including process flows, requirements, and user guides.
• Lead or support data integration efforts between systems, including mapping and validation.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance efforts.
• Help plan and track project activities and timelines.
• Act as a liaison between business operations and technical teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years in a business analyst or similar role.
• Direct experience in the supply chain or distribution industry (required).
• Experience with data integration between platforms or systems (required).
• Strong skills in business and technical documentation (required).
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements and translating them for development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative project methods.
• Comfortable working across departments and technical teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), CSM, PSM I, CBAP, or CCBA. (huge plus!!)
