What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document complex business processes and requirements
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops to facilitate effective communication

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data modeling, APIs, and system integration in Pega
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst focusing on Pega BPM/CRM platforms
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools
• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification
• Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or financial services industries
• Knowledge of AI-driven decisioning and robotic process automation in Pega applications
